HR Operation Askep (HRO-AK) -- PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia -- Kalimantan Timur

PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company leading an agriculture industry (HTI), chip mill projects, and chip mill operations in Kalimantan Timur. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team for the following position:

HR Operation Askep (HRO-AK)
(Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all human resources management activities such as but not limited to recruitment, training, people development, expatriates permits and documents, employee relation, personnel policies and procedures, compensation & benefits, and health, safety, and environment. Also provide advice re personnel policies and procedures as per parameters set by Corporate HR policies and strategies to ensure employees morale, development, and productivity.
• Establish training system as per corporate training system and ensure all training records are accurate and available when requested.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor, preferable in forestry, agriculture, law, or human resources management.
• 6-7 years progressive experience in Human Resources with 3 years experience at the same level.
• In depth knowledge of all aspects of labor laws, rules, and regulation.
• Proven skills of all aspect of HR Management.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial practices, including budget, forecast, plan, productivity and efficiency, and able to provide recommendation in business process improvement.
• Thorough understanding of corporate policies and procedures.
• Good understanding of forestry business.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Energetic and high endurance.
• High orientation on cost-effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety.
• Willing to travel and relocate to remote area in Kalimantan Timur.
