Counter Staff
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Utara-Pluit)

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquires about products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer's complaints.
• Input data customers, give free sample/gifts, promotion / event

Requirements:

• Male or Female, 19 - 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer Literature, MS Office.
• Required language(s): English.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Smart, Good looking, Service-oriented, Good manner and personality, Good initiative, High Sense of Responsibility and Well-organized.
• Able to work in shift system.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit-Jakarta Utara.
• Must submit recent photograph.
