Senior Manager who are familiar to Real Property market in Jakarta

Responsibilities:
- Scope of Work:
- Marketing Analysis of Real Property, It's Product Positioning and Strategy.
- To assisting land Development Evaluation and Land Price Assessment.
- Integrate/Coordinate Feasibility Study from Appraiser.
- To work out Selling Stretegy and Estimatic Budget for Sales and Marketing.
- Integrate/Coordinate Agents to sell Development Products.
Requirements:
- Working experience 10 years experience in the field of real property. (Manager level or above).
- Education: College and or University Graduation.
- Language: Bahasa Indonesia
- Foreign Language: Good at English or Chinese (Chinese preferable).
- Skill : Capable of using MS Office (Word, Excell, Power Point, etc).
- Knowledge: Market Analysis, Sales Analysis.
- Driving License: Having local Driving license.
- Other conditions: having desire to cooperate with taiwan real property Company, learn it's experience and work join for future development.
Salary:Expectyed Salary
Employment:Full Time Employment for period of 6 months
Status:No Special Requirements
Working Place:Jakarta
Duty:To do Management Work in Company.
Employment:Immediately
Working Days:As per Indonesia Labor Law.
Working Time: 0900 hours-1800 hours with one hour lunch break.
