Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement strategic plans for assigned categories within framework of a disciplined category management business process so as to achieve company’s financial goals and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance measures of the company

Requirements:

• Graduate from S1 or Bachelor degree
• Having 5 years experienced in the same position particularly for GMS (Category Household) in retail business operations and merchandising position.
• Creative, energetic, good negotiation skill, sharp analytical skill, team work oriented, result oriented, presentation skill, an excellence communications and strong negotiation skill
• English proficiency both oral and written is essential
