Recently we are looking for high potential candidates to fulfill the challenging position at our company as follows:

Sales Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate effective sales strategy implementation, conduct any strategy adjustments necessary according to market analysis.
• Enhance Sales team effectiveness
• Qualify leads and prospects and select customer/project following Company’s Sales Process, ensuring risks are identified from the start of the process

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent. Master degree is preferred
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in power generations business, heavy equipment or mining, oil and gas industries, or in related field.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
