Recently we are looking for high potential candidates to fulfill the challenging position at our company as follows:

Maintenance Planning Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely delivery, quality, safe, effective and efficient Maintenance Planning Services to support the profitability of the operation
• Comply with all PT Sumberdaya Sewatama Occupational Health and Safety requirements as well as those required under the Government Regulatory
• Provides strategic direction and leadership to all Maintenance Planning functions within the Equipment Management Department.
• Manage the proper fleet maintenance planning backlogs process. These includes but not limited to forecast of component life time from EM strategy group, provide and ensure detailed Maintenance schedule to performed high standards in accordance with existing Maintenance Strategies
• Analyze Equipment Performance & Management data (i.e. downtime, utilization, costs and reliability) to identify improvement opportunities
• Produce standard equipment management report on a routine basis that supports equipment performance and improvement initiatives
• Manage overall maintenance planning risk, including risk identification and mitigation
• Coordinate with Operations and customer for maintenance works on equipment to minimize downtime and optimize the equipment utilization

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Process Engineer.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
