Human Resources Officer
(Jawa Barat - Cilegon)
Requirements:
- Male, age between 30 – 35 years old
- University graduate, preferable from Psychology or Law
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource field preferable form large Manufacturing Industry.
- Hands on experience in area of Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Training & Development and Industrial Relation,
- Having strong leadership and communication skill to interact will all level employe?
- Ability to dealing and negotiate with employee and labour union to give counseling and settlement employee dispute
- Familiar with employment regulation and prefer having experience practice in Labour Court (PPHI).
- Honest and High Integrity
- Having knowledge with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 is a plus point
- Willing to be stationed at Cilegon area.
