HR Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- JOB SUMMARY
- Plan and coordinate the implementation process of recruitment and training in the company to ensure the fulfillment of qualified candidates and able to retain talented people through people development program in the company.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for selection process including but not limited to screening candidates, interviewing, assessment process and new hire orientation program
- Ensure all recruitment policies and procedure and technique are adhered to and recommend improvement
- Consolidating man power planning in each department and set priority according to the company hiring's need
- Evaluate, plan and work with line manager to analyze training need to ensure that people development plan are suitable with business strategy and priority
- Conduct training activities and certification program as needed to improve the capabilities and performance of employees in the organization to meet with the job competencies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and provide appropriate support and action to ensure the benefit of training within the organization
