Sales Manager
(Based in Indonesia)

(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Sales Strategies for the major Market Sectors - General Lighting and Automotive
  • Develop and execute plans to engage key end users and specifiers (Lighting Designers, M&E consultants, Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, etc)
  • Work in conjunction with the Future Lighting Technical, Product Marketing and Marketing Managers to ensure strategies are aligned and prompt support is given to execute strategies
  • Develop businesses in emerging segments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering with lighting experience preferred.
  • Established good contacts within the lighting industry a plus.
  • Previous experience dealing with LED technology would be a plus.
  • Sales experience highly advantageous.
  • Technically inclined
  • Possess sales acumen

  • Meticulous in his/her work
  • Tenacious in closing all identified opportunities
  • Willingness to take on new responsibilities/acquire new skills and improve on old ones.
