We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is planned in the future.

STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :

Design Architect (Arch / DCM)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Age between 28 - 35 years old
• S1 graduate in architecture
• Having experience minimum 3 years in medium / high rise building design, coordinating and working drawing review for medium/high rise building with background from architectural consultant or developer
• Skill : AutoCAD is a must; Others : Corel Draw, Photoshop
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work

Confident and professional

Show initiative

Good written and verbal communication skills, preferably in English

Ability to be pro-active and work under pressure
