We are a Mining Company, seeking for a talented and motivated professional to fill position of :

Production Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure steady flow production, produce the right product, in the right quality, quantity and the right time
• Ensure optimal machine utilization
• To lead a team of technicians and operators to meet production yield and target
• In charge of the workshop's daily output requirements and operational efficiency
• Responsible for the operator's discipline and attendance, as well as plan their working shift schedules
• Liaise with production on planning output requirement

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering Field
• Min. 5 years experience in Mining Environment, including experience in Supervisor role
• Good communication skills and possess leadership qualities
