Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day smooth operations and full HR spectrum that includes recruitment, contract renewals, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management.
- Provide reports and analysis on staff cost, recruitment/compensation benefits, etc.
- Support the Plant Head and Corporate HR in corporate reporting and other corporate governance policies, procedures and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management or its equivalent with 3-5 years’ experience in HR related field
- Well versed in local labor laws, legislation acts, HR principles and practices
- Resourceful, initiative, meticulous, analytical with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Fluent oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be advantages
- Able to start work in short notice will be advantages
