UOB Kay Hian the largest stockbroking company in Singapore with a strong regional presence invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for the following position in their Indonesian office:

Head Of Settlement
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of the overall operations of settlement department with the following responsibilities :
  • Equity settlement
  • Fixed income settlement
  • Corporate actions
  • Custody services
  • Dealing with KSEI, KPEI and Custodian banks

Requirements:

• A mature individual who can work independently and under pressure. Speed of action is desirable.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in Settlement in a stockbroking environment is preferred. An individual that may not have the direct relevant experience but with some years of experience in a public accounting environment may also be considered.
• A good knowledge of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchanges and familiarity with developments in the stock markets will be an added advantage.
• A good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) is necessary.
• A basic degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is a minimum requirement.
